Role & Responsibility as a PRO
- Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) is a professional organization authorized or financed collectively or individually by producers, which can take the responsibility for collection and channelization of e-waste generated from the ‘end-of-life’ of their products to ensure environmentally sound management of such e-waste.
- PROwill be collecting & channelizing the E-Waste on behalf of Authorized Producers for environmentally sound management of such waste.
- PRO will be establishing a collection mechanism which includes direct collection from customer’s premises or door to door collection, E-Waste exchange etc.
- PRO may do arrangement of buy back, take back scheme
- stablishment of Collection points on PAN India
- Arrangement of logistic services
- Ensure environmentally sound management transportation, storage, recycling of collected E-Waste.
- Conducting awareness programme among consumers/bulk consumers/producers and stakeholders for collection & channelization of E-Waste.
- Helping Producers in filling quarterly/annual returns and Import sales data as per the E-Waste Management rules.

DO’s
1. Always look for information on the catalogue with your product for end-of-life equipment handling.
2. Ensure that only Authorized Recyclers/Dismantler handle your electronic products.
3.Always call at our toll-free No’s 1800 309 2470 to Dispose products that have reached end-of life.
4. Always drop your used electronic products, batteries, or any accessories when they reach the end of their life at your nearest Authorized E-Waste Collection Points.
5. Always disconnect the battery from product andensure that any face of the glass is protected from breakage
Don’ts
1. Do not dismantle your electronic Products on your own.
2. Do not throw electronics in bins having “Do not Dispose” sign.
3. Always call at our toll-free No’s 1800 309 2470 to Dispose products that have reached end-of life.
4. Do not give e-waste to informal and unorganized sectors like Local Scrap Dealer/Rag Pickers.
5. Do not dispose your product in garbage bins along with municipal waste that ultimately reaches landfills.
E-WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
We, being responsible citizen contributes our share of Environmental Responsibility and aiding in taking care of our environment.Abiding by all the pertinent laws associated with E-Waste Management, Our Company has been continuously working towards the same. We have partnered with M/s Simran Infotech for E-Waste Recycling.
M/s SSS Logistics has obtained authorizations from the appropriate governmental agency for their processing facilities. M/s Simran Infotech will receive and recycle customer returned equipment, including all the E-Waste.
We have partnership with M/s SSS Logistics for the collection of e-waste and transporting it in environmentally safe and sound manner to the recycling facility.

Where and how can you recycle your E-Waste?
Our e-waste program starts with collecting e-waste pickup requests from our end customers and producers through toll-free numbers 1800 309 2470 present on the product package or website (manufacturer or Eikonsem) followed by M/s SSS Logistics (our authorized reverse Logistics partner) will be informed as to who will collect the e-waste and transport it to the nearest collection point. The sole purpose is to serve sound and safe transportation of the collected e-waste.
To recycle your electronic items, all you have to do is drop an e-waste pick-up request on our toll-free number 1800 309 2470 from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Also, customers and producer can drop their e-waste in the drop-box provided at various collection points or by handing it over to the person concerned present at the collection points.
